I'm an avid believer in continuous learning, growth, motivation and inspiration.  I've been a student of Esoteric Psychology for many years.   I credit my spiritual growth and living in the Now as key to my joy and peace within myself, and freely admit that the journey has been a long one for me, a journey in which I took a few detours along the way but have learned many life lessons from.  I believe that our greatest challenges offer us our greatest opportunity for growth to move forward to a better place. 

I'm a member of the Rotary Club of Collingwood, volunteer speaker for Canadian Blood Services, past Board Member and Secretary-Treasurer of the Board of Directors of United Way of South Georgian Bay and past member of the Wasaga Beach Community Policing Committee.  I was blessed to work closely with and be part of Mark Victor Hansen and Robert G. Allens Inner Circle from 2004 - 2007 and fortunate to travel the world with them, including climbing and camping in the mountains of Peru at the age of 53!  Now that was most certainly a challenge for me and absolutely the most difficult physical challenge I have ever done.  It was also the most rewarding one for me!  I have photos under the heading "Trekking in Peru" on this site.

I've set my intention to travel and trek Kilamanjaro in January 2011 with my good friend and business partner, Werner Berger.  Werner is the oldest North American to climb and summit all 7 highest peaks on 7 different continents, conquering Mt. Everest at the age of 69.
