I worked very hard, with lots of stress that eventually took its toll on my health and well-being. I lost my vitality. I was exhausted all the time ....... And then I was faced with serious health challenges and my search and my journey back to wellness began. Sound familiar? I knew that I had to make changes in my life and that there had to be a better way to bring myself back to optimal health and prosperity.
One critical piece that I learned was the necesssity and the importance to nourish my cells at the cellular level to achieve optimal health for myself and to maintain my health so that I could live my life vibrantly healthy and well all the time.
I learned the value of true health the difficult way, not for me the easy path! A lifetime of 'life challenges' took its' toll on my body until I was forced to take charge and control of my health and reclaim it for myself and my future; in fact, to ensure I had a future!
I've learned many things over the past 5 years on my journey back to health; lots of life lessons that I needed to learn and relationships I had to dis-entangle from. I've been a student of esoteric psychology and meditation for a number of years, learning to go deep within myself and to listen to my soul. I found that my peace and my joy come from within myself and I have stepped fully into my light and live my life in light, love and with vibrant health. I'm happy and love and accept myself exactly as I am.
Throughout this journey, I have found my passion, my purpose.
I am a powerful motivator and have often been called an 'inspiration to others'. I am now living my passion coaching and motivating people in reclaiming their health, bringing them and their families back to optimal and vibrant health so they can live the lives that they dream of. I offer weight management programs teaching lifestyle changes for healthy eating and ongoing weight loss and weight control. I build businesses and help people achieve their dreams of financial independence while sharing this gift of health and wellness with others.
